I almost forgot to mention this, and wanted to post it before I forgot. Today in the keynote Bob Muglia also announced a major addition to the Windows Server 2008 Server Core SKU. It will how offer IIS 7.0 as an installable role.
This is pretty significant in that it means you can run a very low over head web server. More information on the addition of server core here at the press release.
