HP Launches Site For MediaSmart HDTV's

I was pointed at a new site (yankthewires.com) launched by HP to promote its MediaSmart HDTV. I am sure it was someone affilated as I have seen the same comment all over the place, but it worked on me so they are getting a post.

These TV's are designed to be a unifying experience for your living room. Allowing you to aggregate content off of your PC's for display in your living room in full 1080p glory. Basically it is has a really cool media extender built in allowing for the display of images and videos plus playing all your music from your TV. Having just setup a new HDTV in my living room and now considering how to integrate either a Media Center box or an extender of some sort in my living room this product resonated with me..though I am not sure how good the HP LCD is, having never seen one.  The concept though is one I like.

The site has some cool songs, I have listened to Spook's Running Away about a dozen times now. Perfect thing for a rainy evening here. Although the obsession the site has with the cardboard box it comes in is a bit odd...is that really a "feature" ?? :P

What will you do with your cardboard box?
