We believe these forums are the right place for anyone interested in Windows Vista and other PC-related issues to come for help or just ask a question. Home users or IT pro, it doesn’t make a difference and we don't wish to make anyone feel intimidated or scare you off in any way. We will do our utmost to respond in a timely and authoritative way.

We are committed to providing a friendly and dedicated community, in particular catering to anyone interested in learning more about Windows Vista and how to get the most out of it; home user and IT pro alike.

With the above thoughts in mind, we would like to make you aware of a few simple forum rules:

Rule #1 - Be polite. We will not tolerate any personal attacks on any member, nor any deliberate attempts to start an argument. Discussions are fine, and are even encouraged, but in the spirit of information-sharing.

Rule #2 - Do not use M$ as an abbreviation for Microsoft. Any other profanity is not allowed and will result in your post being edited or even deleted if deemed necessary. Links to spy ware, pornography or posts of a purely commercial nature will be removed promptly.

Rule #3 – The Windows Connected staff reserves the right to edit, move or even delete any post that does not abide by the above rules. You will be notified if and when we do so. While the forums are public, the site and software is privately owned and financed and therefore subject to the above rules.

Rule #4 - We are here to help and share information with each other.  Read Rule #1.
